An athletic keeper, Salvi was a two-year standout for head coach Kevin Cross (2006 & '07) after transferring from Laramie County Community College, and finished her career as part of the winningest class ever at UTEP.

Salvi registered an impressive record of 19-7-1, with eight of the triumphs coming via the shutout. She rates second in UTEP history in save percentage (.851), third in blankings and fourth in goals against average (1.18).

The native of Jackson Hole, Wyo., was especially dominant in 2007, shattering single-season school standards for GAA (0.54), fewest goals allowed (five) and save percentage (.930). She fought through injuries to started 11 games, going 10-1-0. Salvi was just short of qualifying in the national stat categories due to the missed games, but she would have placed third in save percentage and 15th in GAA.

Salvi is the daughter of Roger and Stefanie Salvi.
